This spectacular 8,511 hectares (21,031 acres) is located in the Sierra Madre Mountains only 10 kilometers from the town of Huachinera, in the State of Sonora, Mexico, and is subdivided into 12 separate but adjoining parcels ranging in size from approximately 364 to 2,490 hectares each (899 to 6,177 acres). Each parcel has been professionally surveyed and staked.
This acreage contains a variety of terrains and spectacular views, including mountain vistas, valleys, and pine and oak tree covered areas, all of which provide for numerous recreational possibilities, such as horse riding, hiking, mountain climbing, mountain biking, and four-wheeling, etc. In addition, a portion of the north end of the property fronts the Bavispe River, also known as the Yaqui River, providing a great place for fishing.

The elevation ranges between 5,200’ and 6,500’ and annual rain and snowfall total approximately 18 inches. There is easy access to the property as the paved highway is only 9 kilometers away via a maintained county road. In addition, within the property there’s a ranch road extending approximately 19 kilometers through a large portion of the acreage, as well as several kilometers of other roads. Further, the close proximity to the town of Huachinera provides easy access to supplies.
